These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Date & Connect mobile application (the "App"), provided by FastSoftwareSolution. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Date & Connect is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you're legally able to enter into agreements like these Terms.
2. Your account & profile
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile, including real photos of yourself. You may not impersonate another person or create a profile on behalf of someone else without their permission.
- One account per person.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- You're responsible for the content and accuracy of your profile.
3. Safety & conduct
We want everyone on Date & Connect to feel safe. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Use the App for commercial solicitation, scams, or financial requests.
- Share another person's private information without consent.
- Post content that is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise illegal.
- Use the App if you're required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction.
Always meet new connections in public places, and let a friend know your plans. Use your judgment, and report anything that feels wrong.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you post. By posting content, you grant FastSoftwareSolution a license to display and distribute it within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
5. Subscriptions & purchases
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, in line with your app store's billing settings.
6. Moderation & reporting
We may review reported profiles and content, and remove anything that violates these Terms. We may suspend or ban accounts that put other users at risk, at our discretion.
7. Liability
Date & Connect doesn't conduct criminal background checks on users. You're responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users, online or in person. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastSoftwareSolution isn't liable for the conduct of any user, on or off the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the safety of our community. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We'll notify you of material changes in the App or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Date & Connect after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
