These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FastMarket mobile application and related services (the "App"), provided by FastSoftwareSolution. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using FastMarket, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country. You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You accept our Privacy & Security Policy.If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

• One account per person, unless we approve a business account separately.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Accounts

FastMarket requires users to sign in using a Google Account.During registration, we may collect: Google account information (name, email address, profile picture) Username Phone number Location (with your permission) You agree to:Provide accurate and up-to-date information. Keep your account secure. Be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. Only one personal account is permitted unless otherwise approved by us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Listings & selling

FastMarket allows users to create, edit, and delete product listings. Each listing must contain truthful and accurate information, including: Product title Description Photos Price Condition Availability Users are solely responsible for the content of their listings. Listings must not contain: Counterfeit goods Stolen property Illegal products Weapons prohibited by law Drugs or controlled substances Offensive or misleading content Fraudulent advertisements We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms

5. Payments & fees

Publishing a listing requires payment. Current listing options are:ETB 10 — Listing remains active for 15 days ETB 20 — Listing remains active for 30 days After the selected period expires, the listing may become inactive unless renewed. All payments are securely processed by an independent third-party payment provider. FastMarket does not collect or store: Credit card information Debit card information Mobile money credentials Bank account details Payment processing is governed by the payment provider's own Terms and Privacy Policy. Listing fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

Buyers and sellers agree to:Communicate honestly.Complete transactions in good faith. Respect agreed prices and arrangements.Comply with all applicable laws.FastMarket provides a platform connecting buyers and sellers but is not the owner of listed products.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Sell counterfeit or illegal products.
• Post false or misleading listings.
• Manipulate prices, ratings, or reviews.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt fraud or scams.
• Use another person's account.
• Bypass listing fees or payment systems.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the App.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.

8. Privacy & Security

We may collect the following types of information to provide and improve our marketplace services.

  With your permission, we collect your location to:

  • Display nearby listings
  • Improve marketplace search results

  • Listing history
• Device Information

  We may automatically collect:

  • Device model
  • Operating system

  • Usage logs

9. How We Use Your Information

• Your information is used to:
  • Create and manage your account.
  • Authenticate users through Google Sign-In.
  • Display and manage listings.
  • Process paid listing activations.
  • Improve search results.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Detect fraud and unauthorized activity.
  • Improve application performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

10. Payments

FastMarket uses a trusted third-party payment gateway.We do not store or process your payment credentials.Any payment disputes should be directed to the payment provider unless otherwise required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Government authorities when legally required

12. Data Security

• Encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections

• Edit or delete your listings.
• Delete your account where available.

14. Data Retention

The App is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastSoftwareSolution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FastMarket, including losses related to transactions with other users.

15. Disputes Between Users

FastMarket provides a platform connecting buyers and sellers.We are not a party to transactions between users and do not guarantee:

• Product quality
• Delivery
• Payment completion
• Buyer or seller behavior

Users are responsible for resolving disputes directly. We may, but are not obligated to, assist in resolving disputes.

16. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastSoftwareSolution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of the App
• Transactions between users
• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Service interruptions

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Misuse the platform
• Violate applicable laws

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email before they become effective where required by law. Continued use of FastMarket after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
